1. RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
RPA, or Robotic Process Automation, is a new technology that allows an organization’s most repetitive and remedial tasks to be completed automatically, improving productivity and eliminating errors. KeyMark has partnered with industry-leader, Blue Prism, to take our customers to the next level in this space, which is expected to grow ten-fold in the next 3 years.
2. OCR-as-a-Service
Imagine how this process could work for your company: Images are scanned and uploaded. Optical character recognition (OCR) takes place, followed by data validation to ensure the data is good to release. Finally, data is integrated into your core system. KeyMark can do this on an ongoing basis for your company: we are calling it OCR-as-a-Service.
3. Case Management
Every customer, current or prospective, that KeyMark comes across has a number of processes it can’t define that come with outcomes it can’t predict. Case Management centralizes all information surrounding what the business has defined as a “case,” and provides users with tools to manage contracts, resolve incidents, investigate fraud, manage claims, process and route documents, fulfill service requests or onboard employees!
4. Workflow
While we have been helping customers create and develop workflow management systems for years, businesses are continuing to realize the value of work being shared efficiently among their team. A workflow management solution will, for example, electronically route information to the appropriate member of your staff, while rules can be set up so routing can occur based on factors like workload or specialization.
5. Insights Conference and CommunityLIVE
The inaugural Insights Conference will be held in Greenville, SC from May 14-16, 2019. The conference will feature speakers from throughout the global artificial intelligence community. Speakers will cover topics ranging from capture to case management to workflow to robotic process automation.
Hyland’s CommunityLIVE event will take place in Cleveland, OH (Hyland’s hometown!) from Sept 15-19. Once again, KeyMark will be hosting our OnBase customers (and potential customers) at this annual event. Companies can register for that here.
