OnBase Admin Recertification
KeyMark is offering select customers the opportunity to complete their OnBase Workflow and System Admin recertification at no charge when attending our Insights event April 30 – May 2, 2024 in Greenville, SC.
If you are a KeyMark customer attending Insights 2024 and your OnBase Admin or OnBase Workflow certification has expired or will expire this year, please fill out the registration form to reserve your spot.
*There is no cost for attending the conference or for recertification trainees but attendees will be responsible for travel and lodging expenses. Each recertification is limited to 12 slots and registration forms will close once all slots are filled.

12:30 PM – 4:00 PM Workflow Recertification
Where: Zen, Downtown Greenville, SC
Details: Training will take place on the last day of KeyMark’s annual Insights conference. You will need to bring your own laptop but everything else will be provided including lunch and refreshments during the day.

Course Descriptions
System Administration Recertification
Formerly known as “Upgrading System Administration”, this course will explore the changes in OnBase and how they directly impact system administration as well as the new features and best practices for administration. The class will also interactively explore areas of OnBase functionality and how they can be used to resolve user and organizational needs. Upon successfully completing this course, any individual who was or is an OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) or OnBase Advanced System Administrator (OCASA) will have their certification status updated for an additional two years.
Workflow Recertification
Formerly known as “Upgrading Workflow Administration”, this course explores the latest Workflow enhancements and emerging best practices as identified by OnBase professionals implementing large scale, enterprise Workflow solutions. This course provides hands-on experience with the current workflow toolset and identifies methods of incorporating them into new and existing solutions. Emphasis is placed on evaluation of solutions to ensure that they are designed to support and evolve with their underlying business process. Upon successful completion of this course, OnBase Certified Workflow Administrators (OCWA) and OnBase Certified Advanced Workflow Administrators (OCAWA) receive a renewal of their certification status.
