KeyMark today announced that Traffic Solutions, a manufacturer of traffic control and safety products based in Newport Beach, California, has selected KeyMark to implement Hyland Software’s OnBase ECM and OnBase AnyDoc capture technology to automate its accounts payable operations. KeyMark’s solution will enable Traffic Solutions to automate data extraction and workflow routing for invoice documents, giving them enhanced accuracy and faster processing times within accounts payable.
KeyMark has been a leading provider of OnBase since 1999. The OnBase AnyDoc software is a flexible data capture solution that meets data entry needs across departments and locations, capturing emails, faxes and shared documents. OnBase then routes the captured information, while checking for data accuracy and integrating with existing core systems.
