Leonard Kim is the EVP and Chief Product Officer at Hyland where he leads the company’s global product vision and strategy. A transformative product executive with a 25+ year track record of delivering enterprise-scale innovation, Leonard is spearheading Hyland’s transformation with the launch of the Content Innovation Cloud, a next-generation, AI-powered platform that empowers organizations to extract intelligence from their unstructured content and unlock new levels of automation and insight.
At the heart of this platform are groundbreaking solutions such as Content Intelligence, Process Intelligence, and Application Intelligence, which empower customers to intelligently process documents, surface meaningful metadata, and build dynamic, AI-driven applications. Leonard’s leadership is reshaping the content landscape, helping organizations across industries from healthcare to financial services to accelerate digital transformation and realize the value of intelligent content.
Before joining Hyland, Leonard held senior product leadership roles at ADP, where he led major digital transformation initiatives across the Compliance Solutions portfolio, introducing automation, machine learning, and cloud-native platforms that significantly improved operational agility. Earlier in his career, he led product teams at Ernst & Young, Sage, and DIRECTV, where he pioneered new digital products and platforms that scaled to millions of users and drove measurable business impact.
Leonard holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley. He is an inventor on multiple patents and serves on multiple advisory boards where he shares his expertise in product strategy, innovation, and organizational leadership.
Polo Perez , Presale Engineer
UiPath
Polo Perez is a Presale Engineer at UiPath and has been with the company for over three years. He currently supports the Southeast region and is based out of the Atlanta area. He has previous experience in supply chain consulting and process optimization.
While at UiPath, he has specialized in the Intelligent Document Processing space including products such as Document Understanding and Communications Mining. He enables both sales teams and customers to think critically about automation and AI, helping both parties move forward with confidence and understanding. In doing so, he has closed multiple net new logos and driven millions of dollars’ worth of business for various organizations.
With the rise of agents, he is hoping to continue educating and enabling organizations in leveraging new technology to better meet their goals. As the marketplace continues to evolve, he is looking to further evangelize the understanding and use of agentic automation.
