KeyMark, a leading intelligent automation provider and systems integrator, was recognized in the Best Places to Work in South Carolina 2024 awards, achieving 11th place. Awards were announced and presented by the Best Companies Group at an award ceremony banquet, Aug. 22 at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.
“Americans spend a lot of their time at work, or thinking about work,” Chief HR Officer Stephen Middleton said. “When our employees dedicate so much of their daily effort to the goals of KeyMark, the very least we can do is support their own goals, lives, and wellbeing with a positive place to work. The feedback from these awards is just one helpful way for us to check-in with the needs of our employees through an anonymous survey. We’re happy with the result, but more so for the honest feedback from our team here at KeyMark.”
The Best Places to Work 2024 survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in the state of South Carolina. 108 total companies participated in the 2024 awards.
Participating companies had to meet initial criteria demonstrating a positive influence on the state before being nominated. Once nominated, remaining organizations received scores based on workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. These scores were then combined with staff scores recorded by an anonymous survey. The final scores were tallied, ranked, and sorted by organization size.
