Insights returns to Greenville

KeyMark’s yearly automation conference, Insights, is only one week away, scheduled April 29 to May 1 at Roam Greenville ONE. Insights brings together business leaders, decision-makers, partners, vendors, and automation curious for several days of content focused on how technology and partnership can boost enterprise value, increase efficiency, and decrease costs.

Why not stay home?

The entire internet of information is available at your fingertips. You can ChatGPT anything and get some kind of answer. The topics covered by our speakers, the insights shared, the announcements made, and opinions expressed can by no means be 100% unique to our little backyard get-together in downtown Greenville, SC. So why even come?

Interpersonal engagement. With all of today’s digital dependencies, remote meetings, and answers at the push of a touch-screen button, collaboration in a direct setting and the value of dialogue are so often overlooked. And with so much sentiment around AI confusion and AI exhaustion, there’s never been a better time to get in a room together, share personal experiences, and hash out ways to make the future of your business stronger.

We're promising lots of conversation and dialogue — about what exactly?

Data Intelligence

79% of business leaders believe that their company needs to adopt AI to stay competitive, but don’t know what that really looks like in practice. That’s a telling data point contributing to some chatter we’ve been hearing across industries. People are either really sick of hearing about AI or have no clue what to make of all the AI messaging and jargon present in every PowerPoint deck.

As such, we’re going to try our best not to contribute more to the AI exhaustion, confusion, or stress by focusing specifically on data intelligence.

Data Intelligence is what it sounds like — better intelligence on your data to make faster/smarter/stronger decisions. Technologies that contribute to data intelligence include document capture and advanced enterprise content management systems. These are not new technologies. They are available today and ready to transform your decision-making and workflow with accelerated access to data. Come and find out how.

Digital Renaissance

You’re going to hear from some of our top vendor partners about the immediate next steps and future forecasts of technology that’s bringing some baseline tools into the forefront of the Hype Cycle.

UiPath will lead a discussion on Agentic AI, which — buzzword aside — represents a generational leap for rule-based automation tools like Robotic Process Automation. Agentic AI helps bots to behave more like problem-solving humans that can set goals, interpret ambiguous data, course correct, and execute on complex workflows with a lot less hand-holding. Like all tech, it’s not magic and will require skilled individuals to initiate, but it is a major evolution in how automation can be deployed intelligently in the real world.

Then there’s Hyland’s Content Innovation Cloud (CIC). Hyland first featured CIC at CommunityLIVE, Maryland, showcasing a unified and modernized platform approach to transforming unstructured data. CIC brings together the backbone of Hyland’s content services, OnBase, and layers in AI-powered data interpretation and orchestration. Hyland has been very busy over the last year, staying true to an aggressive roadmap that encompasses an entirely new look for Hyland, along with the consolidation of activities into CIC. This is a great time to check in with the vendor and learn more about what they’ve been up to.

Finding and Communicating Success : The Return of Productivity Beast

Marty Osborn, former owner of Advoco and author of the book “Finding Success,” joins Insights 2025 as the keynote speaker. Marty brings an enthusiastic energy to the mix that is going to get people bright-eyed and ready to rumble in his morning presentation on fostering a work environment that’s excited to see you. Marty will focus on leadership that doesn’t end when success is achieved, but continues to create a lasting legacy.

And speaking of leadership, legacy, and success, we’re excited to be bringing back the Productivity Beast awards for Insights 2025. Productivity Beast was originally introduced to shine the spotlight on a select group of customers for their success and innovation, overcoming difficult odds with automation. This year, KeyMark will be honoring three existing customers that received nominations for projects that exhibit ongoing growth and success, and exhibit core values of leadership, impact, and courage.

Can we count you in?

Next week is a meaningful opportunity to connect with peers, share what’s working, and talk honestly about what’s not. With direct access to vendor partners, automation experts, and fellow professionals facing many of the same challenges, Insights is built to foster real conversations and offer practical takeaways. See the complete conference details on our webpage here.

Register if you haven't

Even with just a week to go, there’s still time to register. This event is completely free. Whether you’re flying in or you’re local to Greenville, we’d love to have you join us — even if only for a short while.
